Rooted Festival – Frequently Asked Questions
Camping & Live-ins
Rooted Festival offers on-site camping for ticket holders who have purchased a weekend pass. Campervans and live-in vehicles are welcome in designated areas only and must also purchase a live-in vehicle ticket. Please note that electric hook-ups are not available. Quiet hours apply overnight to ensure everyone can rest.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets & showers will be available on site and clearly signposted.
Concessions Tickets & Carers
We offer a discounted carer ticket for attendees who require essential support to attend the festival. Please get in touch via email to know how to receive this discount. Proof of eligibility is required, please email this when asking for the carer discount. If you have any other requests please contact us in advance so we can make sure your needs are accommodated.
Are Workshops Included?
Yes! Workshops, talks, and activities are included in your festival ticket unless otherwise stated. Some workshops may have limited capacity and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Travel Plans & Car Pooling
We encourage car pooling and low-impact travel wherever possible. Travel details, public transport guidance, and car-pooling options will be shared closer to the event. Limited parking is available on site and you require a car parking ticket.
Children’s Tickets
Children are welcome at Rooted Festival. Children under 3 at the time of the festival may attend for free, while discounted tickets are available for children under 12. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Dogs & Other Animals
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on site but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please be mindful of noise, crowds, and other attendees. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. Assistance dogs are, of course, always welcome.
Opening Times
Gate opening and closing times will be announced closer to the event. Please arrive within the stated entry times to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Smoking
Rooted Festival is a smoke-aware event. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on site. You must leave site to smoke and we ask that you please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly and be respectful of others.
Food Vendors & Allergens
All food at Rooted Festival is 100% plant-based and most food traders have gluten free options too! Vendors will clearly label allergens, but if you have severe allergies, we recommend speaking directly with vendors before purchasing food.

Security reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If the festival is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the organisers’ discretion.
